Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 30 day return & exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received. You must return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, email us at with the subject "Return" for authorization before mailing your item(s) back. Please include your order number, name & reason for return. We will then provide instructions on where and how to mail your items back.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. 
  • We strongly recommend you insure your package because we will not assume responsibility for lost packages being returned to us.
  • Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and send you a confirmation email notifying you of the status of the refund.
  • If your refund is approved it will automatically be applied to your method of payment.  Please be advised that credit payments may take 7-10 business days for your bank to release the funds and to appear on your account.
  • Your return will be denied if the item was opened, used or damaged and your item will be mailed back to you. 

  • Unapproved returns or items sent back AFTER the 30 day return period will be returned to sender. 

Original Shipping charges are non refundable.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you received a defective item, we will gladly ship a replacement. Simply reach out to us within 14 days after delivery at with your name, order number, pictures of the issue & a short explanation of the issue to get started. 

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Items:

 We offer package insurance through Route.  It is pre-selected in your cart and can easily be removed and unselected.  Please be advised that by opting out of shipping insurance, Ria x Rain is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.

It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs fees. We are not responsible for customs fees, VAT or any other fees for international orders.  Shipping will not be refunded for denied shipments. Your return shipping charges for denied shipments/wrong address will be deducted from your total refund.
