Shipping Policy
Shipping:
We are very proud of our fast fulfillment which means that we cannot make any changes to orders once they are placed.
- Fragrances, Non-custom & personalized acrylic items typically ship in 2-5 business days.
- Personalized gold, gold plated & other metal jewelry take about 2 to 5 weeks for production at this time. These items are handmade by our design team and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned.
- once shipped, US orders take on average 2-7 business days to be delivered. We ship from Maryland!
If you'd like the non-custom or acrylic items from your order to be shipped while you wait for your other pieces, please contact us after your order is placed so we can invoice for additional shipping charges.

Free shipping promotions are for the 48 US contiguous states only.
For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Personalized items: Please provide valid contact information so that we can contact you if we have any questions about your request. We won't be able to finish or ship your order until you have confirmed any requested information. To avoid delays, please double check any spelling before submitting your order. Please be sure to separate names with a comma when ordering personalized items that require more than one name. We cut/engrave exactly how orders are submitted.
Lost/Stolen packages:
We offer package insurance through Route. Route covers packages that were lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It is pre-selected in your cart and can easily be removed and unselected. Please be advised that by opting out of shipping insurance, Ria x Rain is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.
My package says it's been delivered, but I don't see it.
This is very common in the United States. Please be sure to check your front door / porch area, your mailbox, family members / neighbors, and especially any front desk / administration office in your residence (especially in apartment complexes).
Furthermore, USPS often marks a package as "delivered" much before the package arrives. Please allow a full 3-5 days after the claimed delivery date to give a chance for the package to arrive. If the package has not arrived, please contact your local post office to see if it may have been delivered or held there.
If all the above steps have been taken and no package has been found, then you will have to file a claim for a missing package through USPS. This claim can be done here.
International orders:
We also ship international! You may end up paying duties, brokerage fees and/or taxes when your box arrives. These duties/taxes/brokerage fees are determined by your government (not the USA) so it is up to you to pay them and to be aware of them. You may want to contact your local post office/customs office and see what the charge might be before you order. You will not be refunded for shipping due to refusal to accept a package.
If a customer's order is shipped to a country that has US sanctions imposed on it, Route does not cover the order.
