Tips for scanning codes:
A lot of codes will not scan inside of their respective app due to the engraving and colors. You must use your phones camera.
Holding your phone over a code and tapping the code with your free hand will usually get the camera to focus on the desired code.
remember to keep your hand steady the same you would for any code as most phones take time to process the codes.
If you are in an area that creates a glare on your sign, your camera may not be able to read your code.
Some phones have a separate QR code scanner that needs to be turned on to actually scan codes. This also applies to some models of the iPhone which you will find in your control center settings.
READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE CONTINUING WITH YOUR PURCHASE
Please provide valid contact information during checkout so that we can get in touch with you for any questions about your order. We do not make any assumptions and only engrave what is typed into the order. We do try to reach out if we notice a typo or something that doesn't seem right. Delays in your response will delay the processing of your order.
*Please note that if you wish to have Venmo as one of your QR codes, it is recommended to have a business Venmo account and use the business QR code. If you use a personal account we will have to create a code for you as personal Venmo codes are not compatible with engraving for this material. QR codes not issued by Venmo do work but they open both your profile and the App Store and your customer will have to reopen Venmo to view your profile. By submitting a personal QR code, you agree that you understand the statement above.
Venmo business codes should look like this with no words, initial or pictures in the center:

Also note that some payment methods do not have personalized links and rely on your phone number or email address which means that a QR code cannot be generated for it. You can still have these payment methods engraved on your sign, but please be advised that a phone number or email will replace where a QR code would normally go for that payment method.
If you have any questions about any of the statements about please reach out to us via chat or email and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Lastly, we check every QR code before engraving and again before packaging to ship. While codes are typically compatible with any phone that can scan codes, we can not guarantee that every single model/brand phone will scan a code. For any issues, reach out to us at hello@RiaXRain.com and we will rescan each of your codes and provide video of us rescanning your sign. This will be done by scanning the final image we took of your sign before packaging it for shipment as that is the same condition of the sign you received. If we are in fact able to scan each code successfully via our image, we will not be able to remake the signs. Of course, if there is an issue where we cannot scan a code we will gladly remake your sign! By continuing with the purchase of your sign, you agree to each statement above.
